Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order, worldwide, with no minimum. Orders placed before 2 PM ET ship the same business day; everything else ships within 24 hours.

• US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia: typically 4–8 business days.
• Everywhere else: typically 7–14 business days.
• You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

If tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days, contact us and we'll chase it or reship.

Returns & refunds

Every product carries a 30-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day your order arrives.

• Any reason qualifies — wrong size, dog hates it, changed your mind.
• Email support@gimmiepets.com with your order number; we send a prepaid return label within one business day.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return scanning in. No restocking fees.
• Defective or damaged on arrival? Send a photo — we refund or replace immediately, no return shipment needed.

Privacy policy

We collect only what's needed to fulfil your order: name, shipping address, email, and order history. Payments are processed by our payment providers — we never see or store your card number.

• We never sell or rent your data to anyone.
• Marketing email only if you opt in, and every message has a working unsubscribe link.
• Want your data deleted? One email to support@gimmiepets.com and it's gone within 30 days.

By ordering from GimmiePets you agree to the following:

• Prices are in USD and include no hidden fees; import duties, where applicable, are shown or noted at checkout.
• We may cancel and refund any order we can't fulfil (e.g., stock error) — you'll be notified within 24 hours.
• Product weight and fit ratings are manufacturer-tested figures; always supervise pets in vehicles.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which GimmiePets is registered.
